General TOS
By commissioning me, you confirm you are 18+. Commissioning is contracting.
Payments via PayPal or kofi only. Please remove your address from the payment.
I reserve all rights to post the piece unless previously agreed for it to be private.
I reserve all rights to decline a commission.
You may not feed any of my creative work into AI engines or any sort, including but certainly not limited to c.ai, chatGPT, meta AI.
Any edits you ask for after the piece is done, that aren’t a result of my own mistake, will incur additional fees starting at $5 per rework of a finished piece. Please be sure to be clear in your initial forms and correspondence as once the WIP is agreed upon, no free changes will be made.
You may resell any of my designs for whatever price you’d like. None of my adopts come with a TOS nor does anyone have permission to implement their own on the design. Any adopts you buy are entirely yours to do with as you please including commercialising, I would just ask you credit me when prompted.
At any point in the commission process, I reserve the right to cancel. Full refunds will be issued if I cancel. You may cancel too at varying tiers: no wip - full refund. Post sketch WIP - 60% refund. Line stage - 40% refund. This is to protect myself from being scammed out of free sketches.
Turn around time constantly varies and I will rarely be able to give you an exact date, I will, let you know what the TAT is during your initial enquiry or you can ask before you inquire at all.
Reply times also vary, I operate in the GMT time zone and I am also not online all day. Please allow a couple of days for a reply, anything longer than that is highly unusual.
